    Most tests shows the 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R with 177 hp 2.5 liter engine doing 7.5ish seconds to 60....

    Is that 7.5 with the 1 ft rollout and climate correction BS? That said I would expect the old Sentra to be a little quicker with the botom end grunt of Nissan's 2.5. With 25% more displacement it had better be quicker..:)

    If you ever get around to testing a Jetta with the 1.8T, I will be interested in your 0-60 time. Motortrend pulled a 7.3 second with the manual, so the Forte may not hold onto it's sprinting crown for long.

    @emajor IIRC, MotorTrend are the home of the 1 ft rollout and weather correction. For sure C&D use 1ft rollout numbers.
