    Yikes. Sounds like what happens when the GPS is announcing directions but the announcement volume is turned down.

    Sometimes, when it comes to warranty work it is better when all this stuff goes really wrong, so they can't just say "Oh they all do that."

    I got my 2014 Mazda CX 5 Touring recently and from the day 1 I am facing the exactly same abrupt sound volume level change issue. Talked to Mazda and dealer and they were not aware of any such issue.

    Did anyone find any solution or get this issue fixed by dealer?
