    This "article" is a massive load of bullcrap. I'd be happy to tell you MANY reasons why if you'd care to message me, but suffice it to say that the text of this conference call is either completely fabricated or the author laboriously searched for people who work in the scummiest corners of the auto industry. This article may only represent how a single-digit percentage of auto dealers operate, and the advice at the end given by "Ross" is harmful to consumers.
