    Unfortunately Cuomo happens to be governing in my state. If he thinks for one second that spending money on signage to alert people to "Texting Zones" will be effective, he better stop smoke'in those funny cigarettes.
    NY already has some of the strictest laws in place for DWI,Texting & phone calls without using hands-free tech.

    Start making fines much more unaffordable. That will decrease some of this nonsense. And don't forget to prosecute vigorously when violators injure & or kill while sharing our highways. I'd rather some of my tax money go to pay for a stay in prison as oppose to posting more signs.
    Crack down with fines & balance a budget.
    Seems fair to me.
    You can't legislate common sense. In my experience, common sense is truly uncommon.
