I called them twice on Tuesday (once in the morning and once in the afternoon). They told me that a guy named Chris was in charged of buying used cars, and that he would call me back as soon as he could. It is now 5pm on Friday, and still no call back. Very disappointed on this company and on Edmunds for recommending them.
