    I feel it should be mentioned that while it would have been $130.00 for this service on the FR-S, the same service on the Focus is $44 and change. Both are in the LA area so you can't blame locale on this one.

    Apparently Santa Monica Ford didn't get the memo that in Santa Monica you can charge $130 for a oil change on a $29k car. And since this is a turbo running fairly high boost, I'm pretty sure it uses full synthetic.

    Glad to see other people beat me to mentioning the FR-S' service. That price really was insulting.

    I just read over the invoice again. The place was Santa Monica Ford. The cost was $44.33. Sorry about your $130.
