    The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is now free to go ahead with a proposed mandate that would put black boxes -- like airline event data recorders -- into every United States car, starting September, 2014.     These are not all the data collected. My Honda owners manual states they collect all the data from any phone or other devise paired with this vehicle. Phone numbers including who you call and who calls you, contact list, music, notes, pictures etc etc etc
