I tried to make this comment when this was first posted, but comments weren't working again. Anyway, the Impala will move away from the Cadenza at WOT. It will also walk sideways with gobs of torque steer. But in everyday driving, it feels flat unless really poked and the Cadenza is much more responsive and even at WOT still is plenty quick. Plus, the touchy throttle of Kias past is gone and I've yet once to spin the front tires at what seemed like modest throttle. On modest grades, I've had it hunt from 6 to 5 to 6 back to 5 a couple of times, but I've found if I use the paddles to force it back to 6 it doesn't do it again.
