FORD - exotic Euro style motor w/non impressive suspension

GT500 has 15psi boost. 14.7psi doubles atmosphere in an engine meaning it double hp & doubles equivalent displacement

    GT500 @14.7psi = 11.6litersZ

    L1 7psi = 8.68liters

    7psi adds 40% volume

GT500 engine can't be rebuilt -source- SVT engineers

GT500 also has huge dealer mark-up, some selling for over $75k. ZL1 sells at MSRP because Chevy can make money when they engineer their own motors, while Ford has to buy the engine block(honsel) and internals(manley/Mahle) from aftermarket vendors. $30k of the price is the engine alone
