Ford Focus won't idle when AC is on, (2.0/ automatic transmission)

Has stumped 4 good mechanics. All the sensors that have anything to do with idle as well as new fuel pressure sensor and clean air sensor have been changed with no effect on the problem. (The CA sensor was the only one that showed a code on the last machs.very expensive scan tool) Now after all that no codes are showing and car still won't idle when AC is on
