I usually like Kia/Hyundai concepts, but the front end on this is terrible.

Front end is a rip off of the Aston 1-77. LOL, Great copy of the A7. Can these Koreans do anything original ever?

Good heavens, those fake ducts. Is Schreyer on something? Or is this not his?

Funny that a shop led by an ex-Audi man wants to emulate Audi. That styling jumble won't do it. Targeting a BMW that nobody buys is amusing too, not to mention KIA thinking it can go after a 100K++ Porsche. Good luck.

Kia needs to stick to mainstream bread and butter cars, this somewhat smacks of egoism. Don't get ahead of yourself.

I would argue that it mimics the A7 and upcoming 4 Grand Coupe (not the BMW Crosstour er 5GT) rather than targeting. While the car could end upfuntionally being a worthy competitor it seems unlikely that anyone that was shopping for an A7 is going to also stroll into a Kia showroom.

But for those of us that can't quite afford an A7 it would be nice to have a lower priced alternative.

Back in 90s... when Samsung CEO told "catch up Sony within 10 years" everyone laughed. Now Samsung Electronics handily overshadow the entire Japanese electronic companies by revenue. Hyundai was marching into RWD performance cars. People laughed again. The Genesis Coupe is a hoot to drive and the Genesis Sedan has been a known success. I encourage any automaker not to hold back but shoot higher. Customers only benefit.

Very aggressive but needs a little more originality to the body.
