Online/MailOrder Place for Mobile-1?

Anyone know of a place where I can buy Mobile-1 SuperSyn in quantity? I would prefer to buy it locally, but my previous econo-sources have dried up, so to speak.

I was buying 5/10W-30 in 5-quart jugs from my nearest Super Wal-Mart for something like $17.88. I do not think these were a regular item (special sku). My backup was Wal-Mart's 6x1-quart cases for $24.xx, but I've been to three Wal-Marts and they were all out of the fully synthetic Mobile oils.

I thought I remembered reading on TundraSolutions a place to buy Mobile-1 in quantity, but their Maintenance section is now paying-members only. Bummer. Thus, nothing turned up using their search engine while being logged in as a non-paying member (call me 'not rich').

Any advice would be appreciated.

    www.autobarn.com
    www.mscdirect.com

By going to www.mobil1.com, I found that my local Target store and Autozone sell Mobil 1 products. But all else failing, you can at least order on-line at one of the e-retailers above.

I usually get my M1 at Target. Ya gotta pay attention but sometimes you'll find a store with it at a great price. Last time I bought M1 it was $2.94/quart. Of course, now it's $4.79 but that proves my point.

I'd also heard WalMart occasionally has the jugs for $15.00. And both Sams and Costco sell the 6-pack cases for $21.99.

I'll have to check out a few more Target stores as the one I checked yesterday is not selling it for more than what individual quarts are going for at Wal_mart.

I do have a Sam's Club near me and there is a Costco that I pass on my way to work everyday. Unfortunately I am not a member at either, so how many 55-gallon drums would I have to buy to offset the membership costs? :)

I did have a look at www.autobarn.com and
www.mscdirect.com, but pricing is almost the same (little higher) than locally found. I tried to get the Wal-Mart manager to sell me 6-quarts as if in a case, but no dice. Jerk.

I'll keep looking. BTW, how many of you are using Mobile-1, and if you are using it how often are your intervals?

Well, the Target near my workplace (32 miles from home) had it for $0.50 less than the Target near my home. I guess they are pricing according to neighborhood income level or something.

First time I've seen it under 4.00 here, Tue 02-02, - Costco, 23.xx for a six'er. There's gotta be a more better source. Target was no help.

I learned only sells the Mobile 1 at $2.94 for the first 3 months of that store opening. It is one of the loss leader items for them to get customers in.
When the new one here in CT opened I grabbed as much as they had and then went to the other Targets store and requested they price match from the receipt. Also hit up the Wal-Marts to do the same. All set on my 2 vehicles for the next 5 years.
