My text messages don't sync into my car

Does anyone know why my suburu keeps saying messages unable to load when I try to sync my text messages to my car? It keeps saying messages can't not load. It's a 2015 Suburu legacy 2.5i premium . I have a Samsung galaxy 4 and my contacts synced in perfectly
