I am not able to sync my text messages in. 2015 Subaru Legacy.

I just got my 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i premium and it wont let me sync my text messages in. It worked perfectly with my contacts but whenever I try to sync my messages,it asks for permission on my Samsung Galaxy 4 which I say yes. After I accept it,it starts to say loading please wait then in a couple of minutes it says "message cant be loaded" Does anyone know how to fix this problem?? Thank you!
