2006 Chevy TrailBlazer. How do you replace rear wheel studs?

My 2006 Chevy Trailblazer 4X4 has 4 broken wheel studs on the left rear. I have no issue knocking old ones out but need some advice on how to install new ones.

    Answer ✓
    I just used some flat washers and pulled the new studs through with lug nut.
