Lack of customer service and safety for your family.Jeep Compass.

I have a Jeep Compass that , like so many others has a problem with the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) which is basically a fuse block. This is and has been a problem with various models of Jeep. The company ignores the recurrent problem and offers NO concessions although they acknowledge it as common and also appears in numerous reviews. This is a problem that controls all the systems in the vehicle and is a direct safety issue but they refuse to recall. It is a $700 + part not including labor. As an ignored safety issue it is a deal breaker. I recommend not buying a JEEP product when they acknowledge the problem but ignore the customer. This tells me that the safety of a customers family is not important.
