Buick transmission will not kick down when depressing accelerator pedal.
Car sat for a couple weeks. Started up to find three new issues. Very high idle at start up, would not immediately come down. Drove it to get everything moving. Idle eventually came down but the trans wouldn't kick down. Occasionally when off the pedal the engine will quietly stall. Pop in neutral and restarts right away. Replaced all small vacuum lines. New plug wires. Still no kick down and will stall after revved. Help save the Beater Buck. 213000 miles!
