First car help! :)

:) hi I'm looking for my first car and I would like something with at least a v6. A v8 would be preferable. And I don't mean like camaro, mustang, firebird, I was looking for something japanese or german. Ls400 type stuff. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

    Or let me simplify the question. Just I want something that will sound good stock or with resonator and muffler deletes.
