2010 Buick Enclave air delivery mode control problems
Air delivery is stuck on 'vents'. When i push the air delivery mode control button the display will change to defrost or bilevel, etc, but air continues to only come out of the vents. This is a major problem when i need defrost.

It has a high probability of being a stuck mode door or a failed electric actuator that moves the door that switches between the various choices for air flow directions. It takes being able to remove the plastic cover under the dash that helps isolate the sound and then being able to look up on the passenger side. There are two actuators that look alike, but one changes the temperature blend door setting to adjust temperature and the other moves a door the switches the air flow between dash, defrost, floor.jmmocha said:Air delivery is stuck on 'vents'.
