I prefer the understated styling of the K900. More front leg room and head room is good, being 6'2". The Equus looks like a Chinese executive automobile. Too flashy for my tastes.
I don't think the K900 is unattractive at all, but it is the first Kia in a long time to disappoint me in terms of exterior styling. I was expecting Peter Schreyer to hit this one out of the park, but I think Kia played it way too safe.
The Equus may not be spectacular, but at least it does look like someone's idea of a $65000 luxury sedan (even if that "someone" is not necessarily you or me). I don't really feel this way about the K900. By contrast, I think the Optima and Cadenza appear more expensive than they are.
