Electrical problem, maybe fuses?

I Went out to my car this evening to drive home and my dash lights, my tail lights and my break lights aren't working. Does anyone have a thought on this. I looked at the under hood fusebox diagram in the manual that came with the car and pulled the interior fuse cover of the fuse box and it has the list of fuses and usages on them. I don't see anything tying all these three problems together in the two fuse boxes.
I'm open to any thoughts on this
