Mobile Paint Technician instead of a Body Shop

I have about an 8 inch vertical scratch on above my license plate holder. I went to a body shop for an estimate, I was told $575 to repair. It's a 2011 Silver Nissan Altima, which I just purchased as a pre-certified. The body shop technician told me that he would have to remove all of the logos and repaint the entire section. Could I have a mobile paint technician do it for cheaper?

If fixing it cheap is what you want, a tube of touch up paint will protect the metal, but the scratch will still be noticeable. The trick from there is a strategically placed sticker of your choice will look just fine. (Sports team or favorite charity)
