Toyota's premium brand has released teaser images of the 2016 Lexus GS F, the latest addition to the brand's performance F series. The GS F will make its world debut in mid-January at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show.

    Looking forward to how much horsepower the GS-F will have. It will be interesting to see how the GS-F does against BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi and Cadillac....

    Can it be true that Lexus (Toyota) will finally put some actual performance behind their F badge? From the Corolla "S" to pretty much all the F-models, I have observed a disturbing emphasis on charisma over substance so far. Reading that the GS-F may get a bigger engine may be grounds for cautious hope for the F series. Will the suspension and steering begin to approach actual sport function? Standing by.

    500 HP and rumored 400 lbs of torque. Still lags the competition.
