Maybe you could clip the lanyard retractor thing to your belt loop. You pull the cards out and wave them at your parking garage access and your office access panels. Easy.

For sure easier than forgetting them, getting the car parked, walking to your office...and realizing the card to get into the office is back in the dashboard of whatever car you drove today.

With all the smash-and-grab thievery going on in big cities and small nowadays, what is this fixation with trying to figure ways to leave access cards, key fobs, smart phones, wallets, etc. in the car where you can forget them?

This is one of those thing that you just know the testing engineers came up with while road testing across the country. And placing it on the left side of the steering wheel is perfect for grabbing and scanning out the window. Like the cubby hole in the Sonata that oh so perfectly holds a smart phone in a upright position.

But the person who decided to use the exact same knobs for lights a 4 wheel drive and then put them right next to each other should be fired.
