2010 Nissan Murano won't move

I have a 2010 Nissan Murano with 20,000 mileages. I live in North. I cleaned the dust (salt) after a light snow with a water fuse, moved it into a garage, and didn't drive for 4 days. Now, I'm able to start the engine, radio, AC, but the car doesn't move either R or D. Please help. Thanks!
