January or February to purchase 2014 Ford Edge?

With the 2015 Edge's on their way in March (reportedly), would it be best for me to wait until February to purchase the 2014 or would it make little to no difference if purchased in January? Before negotiations, the sticker price of the 2014 Edge SEL with Sport package that I'm looking at is $28,500.

    If you can wait, it may be best to stall and get an idea of when the 2015s will hit the dealerships before talking money.

    Are you watching 2014 inventory? (I'm not). If the inventory seems high right now, then there could be some incentives to dealers to move the old stock out when the new 2015s are in the pipeline. But if inventory seems to be tightening, then maybe Ford is trying to time is so that there's not a glut of last year's model out there when the wraps come off the 2015. A shrinking inventory would tend to hold the line on prices.

    I guess the big question is trying to figure out when the 2015s will actually arrive.
