2003 Chrysler Sebring power window

My daughter has a 2003 Sebring. The driver window won't go down at all. The rest will. There is no sound of the motor trying to run. Could this be a fuse? If not what could it be? Does anyone know of a YouTube video I could look at to fix this. I want to save as much money as I can on on this one.
