Electrical short - '01 Explorer

I have an 01 Explorer Limited. Found a short in the radio circuit so I removed the fuse and the radio and the battery stopped draining. Just 2 days ago I put the fuse back in only to have a dead battery today. Just bought it and now I think I know why he let it go so cheap. Any ideas??????????
