Bluetooth not pairing! - F-150

What steps must I use to reset my F-150 Bluetooth equipped back to factory settings,
Some forums have suggested this may be necessary to enable pairing of my ZTE phone?
I have not updated my bluetooth. I never have been able to pair it with my phones so far,
My 'ZTE' cell phone "say's" no bluetooth in the area when I follow standard pairing instructions.

Could be your fuse, I think it's #2. Remove it and put it back in. That should be a Manuel reset for your ford f150
