2000 Chevy boxtruck 5.7, tries to start, won't stay running. Any help where to go next?

Hello There,
It got frigid cold here two days ago and my usually dependable 2000 Chevy box truck would not stay running. I thought lines may have frozen, I thawed everything, changd fuel filter, made sure pump works, changed Mass Air flow sensor, air filter, tune up, There is fuel making it to intake. When I turn it over it starts for a second and just stalls, it will not stay running!! I am going nuts losing work money by the day!! Any help out there as to where I go or change next?
