Buying used vs. leasing new....Need Help

Hi - We are a military family, now based stateside, for 3 years, and we're in need of a car. Would it be better to buy a used car (but have to go through the hassle of selling it when we go overseas in 3 years) or just lease a new car?

Knowing you have a 3 year need period makes leasing a lot more logical. And you can lock in your costs.
