"Brake Type (front): One-piece ventilated disc with four-piston fixed calipers"

you sure about that? seems unlikely to have 4-pot fixed calipers in a truck. especially so if they are fading after only three 60-0 runs.

    well what'dya know...

from the gmc canyon but presumably the same as the colorado:

    "Duralife™ brake rotors
Four-wheel disc brakes, with four-piston front calipers, are standard and feature segment-first Duralife™ brake rotors – also pioneered on the 2014 Sierra. They can offer up to double the service life, which can help lower ownership costs."
