Looking for info on 2015 factory car audio, what's the best?
I'm currently driving a 2012 Acura TL. It has the ELS 5.1 Surround audio system in it. I can play DVD-A, DTS, as well as regular CDs.
The problem? My lease is up in a month and I'm trying to decide whether I want to turn the car in and get a new one (which does NOT have the DVD-A and DTS capabilities) or keep the car (I'm leaning in this direction) and keep enjoying the high end audio.
The new TL has USB and Bluetooth capabilities, but I'm not sure if either option will work with high res (24/96 or better) files. I haven't tried to Bluetooth the high res files from my phone in my current car, but the USB input will not recognize anything other than empty3s - not even .wav files.
So my question is this ... Are there any cars out there now that will play high res files on a factory system, or do I need to go to an after market solution?
Thanks in advance...
