Hey guys, My Chevy 1500 with 4.8 has started to become hard to start when below freezing. I have to attempt to start it four or five times. Once it starts and warms up it is good for the rest of the day. I have changed coolant temp.
sensor, fuel pressure regulatator. It does have aftermarket k&n cold air intake on it. Once the outside temps are 35 or above starts every time. Any ideas?

Fixed the Problem. Bad Check Valve in the Fuel pump allowing fuel to drain back to the tank. Fuel pump is fine. Just added a 20.00 dorman inline check valve.
