Blower fan - '08 CX-9

My blower fan turns on when the ignition is turned off and the car is in park !! Through trial and error I found that if leave the car in gear and turn the the ignition off the blower will turn off !! This has just started on the last week.

    This is a problem that has had alot written up in this forum. There is a service bulletin on this for 2007-2010 models - TSB: 07-003/11.
    I had this problem a while ago. The issue is the blower fuse. Replace it with a new one. The new relay number is L1Y167730. There are two of these in the relay/fuse box under the hood; one for the blower and I'm not sure what the other is for. I replaced both. I opened up the fan blower relay and the contacts were charred and pitted.
    For the short term, I would open the hood and tap the relay. It would trip and work properly for a few days.
