Stumbling of Motor - '11 Patriot

We have noticed that when it is cold outside, when accelerating my car stumbles and will continue so until the motor has warmed up a little more. I keep the Jeep in the garage so it is not sitting outside. We have just started having this problem. It also stumbles when it is warm, but mostly when the weather has gotten colder.
