Fan Speed Changes

For a while now I've been hearing the fan speed change on the AC/Heater on my 2012 Santa Fe. I'll have the fan speed set and as I'm driving down the road, the fan will speed up for several seconds and then go back to normal. Often it will do this several times at random, sometimes followed by short bursts of speed so it sounds like the dashboard is "huffing"!

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what could it be? Otherwise both the AC and heat work perfectly fine.
