2010 Rack and Pinion - Enclave

I too have a 2010 Buick Enclave with 72,000 miles and we were told that the rack and pinion needs replacing and that the motor mounts were loose. Estimate is $2K. We have already had to replace the compressor for the air conditioner at about 50,000 miles which they did not cover under the warranty at the time. Clearly the rack and pinion issue is a known issue and should be covered under recall. How do I get added to the class action lawsuit that I have seen so many people refer to?
