Trouble with turn signal and speedodometer - '02 Caravan

have a 2002 Dodge Caravan 3.3 liter yesterday I change the starter and theignition key kit which changed my key to my car. up this morning saw that my speedometer my gas gauge my heater the RPM was not on I did not check anything I don't know where to start checking and my turn signals don't work but my windshield wiper works on the turn signal what can I do to solve this problem
