Engine locked up - Ranger
Engine was running fine. Stopped at a store, got back in, engine would turnover but not start.
I got truck home ( via wrecker) replaced fuel filter and made sure fuel pump was working. Tried to start , engine turned over several times then let out a puff and locked up. I purchased a Haynes manual and it is worthless, lots of things left out. Any thoughts on what the problem is ?
