2015.5 XC70 T5 check engine light

Issues with check engine light coming on and staying on. The dealer says it is either a gas cap problem or the type of gas being put in the car. Dealer recommends only using Shell fuel. The car drives fine and am wondering if this might be sensitive fuel detection. Any ideas???

    fuel brand is irrelevant please tighten gas cap or replace it. if that doesnt work have dealer fixthe problem under warranty.

    What code(s) is setting? Without the code number and it's description there is no way to even get started talking about this.
