Where do I get my 2014 Promaster serviced

The folks I bought my Promaster from are not taking care of my service needs. Heck they are refusing to even try and repair my brakes. Any ideal on where to turn. I have tried other dealerships but they will not work on a Promaster.

    Have you tried contacting Ram?
  • To be honest with you I can't find a contact #--- I even asked the dealership.
  • Thanks for the info---- I will give them a call and let you know the outcome----- maybe they watch the post here :)
  • This may of worked out --- that # you gave me found a dealership closer to me who agrees that brakes should not scream when applied---- I am going to meet them the first of next week.
    Thanks for the help Stever

We'll keep our fingers crossed. (and who knows, some automakers do have people keeping track of "social media" and we have customer service reps from GM posting here regularly).
