Ride quality, dash, & mileage

Wife purchased a 2014 Rav4 LE last winter, replaced a Corolla to deal with infrequently plowed roads. AWD is excellent. When the snowpack melted off of the roads the ride felt jittery. Tire Specialists found two tires with the high spot of the tire on the high spot of the wheel, also 40+ psi in each tire. After the corrections to the tires the ride felt much better. Dealer would not address the tire problem. Cracks in the dash above the instrument panel appeared during the summer. The dealer replaced the dash with one that feels a bit softer. 8,414 mi and 285 gal. of gas used in a year. Excellent mileage
