03 Navigator liftgate glass

My lift gate opens and closes only from the button inside. It won't open from outside at all. Also my glass in the lift gate will not open at all plus the wiper doesn't work. I have checked all the fuses and none are blown as I can see. I really need help and as much as possible. Thanks in advance...

    Sounds to me like a Relay switch has gone bad. I would find a reputable auto repair shop that does electrical work and have them trouble shoot problem. Cheaper than a dealer to look at and fix.
