Speedometer & Odometer Stopped Working - Pathfinder

I have a 2000 Infiniti QXR, which I recently found out is the same as a Nissan Pathfinder, only interior differences. My problem is both my Speedometer & Odometer have stopped working. I find it is easier to get Pathfinder questions answered than Infiniti questions. Can anyone advise me everything to try to remedy this problem, not just speed sensor - transmission, if this are any other options. Thanks!!

    2000 Nissan Pathfinder - Speedometer and Odometer stopped working (all other gauges work). Have checked fuses and connection in dash. Any ideas, other than speed sensor-transmission? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
