    Griffons, yes! Great dogs, Scott had the best seating position on this trip. The Cherokee objectively does not have as much storage room as some competitors, but if you made it work, it must be pretty usable space.

    Love the Corcoran WW2 paratrooper boots.. Not the most high tech hiking boot in the world, but I've had 2 pairs and you feel like you could go.. liberate a country in them.

    Yeah, but boots are like 22s on the truck. Better to go hiking in lightweight "sneaks" and keep the weight off your feet. Best thing I ever did was dump my heavy Limmers back in the 80s.
