    There may be a reset that's user-doable. Check the manual?

    Perhaps the safety "anti-pinch" protection was activated. This happens on my VW for unknown reasons and it loses the auto up/down feature until it's run through a couple times to reset it. Have you guys run it full down and full up a couple times?
