Mazda 626 1999

I have a Mazda 626 v6 dual head cam. I replaced the timing belt and water pump at 60,000 miles. When should it be replaced again? It currently has 136000. Is there and easy way to look at the timing belt to see if it needs replacement? The car runs fine.
