2015 Pilot EX-L 4WD

Here in Chicago, I rec'd online quotes for a new 2015 Pilot EX-L 4WD at $ 30,700 (includes destination), but before taxes.

Can probably get .09% if i finance with Honda.

I may consider leasing, but haven't leased in 15+ years.

What particular info should I look at when getting quotes form the finance guys at the dealer?
