Dodge RAM 1500 HEMI MY2013 transmission problem

Hi, I have a 2013 Dodge RAM 1500 HEMI and since late last year began my problems with the gearbox. During braking if i stop on the lights, the light above D shift start blinking and car wasn't move, until you have not shifted into P and back to D. Any idea what happens with my car?
